Pojavne oblike in učinki vsakdanjega odpora v dijaških domovih
Povzetek
Dijaški domovi v Sloveniji so vzgojno-izobraževalne nastanitvene ustanove, namenjene predvsem dijakom in dijakinjam, katerih kraj šolanja je zemljepisno oddaljen od njihovega doma. Namen dijaških domov je s strukturiranim prebivanjem, z vzgojnim delovanjem in s psihosocialno podporo prispevati k učnemu uspehu ter osebnostnemu razvoju dijakov in dijakinj. Institucionalni nadzor in disciplinski ukrepi pa vzbujajo odpor, ki lahko prispeva k reprodukciji ali pa spreminjanju domskih norm in struktur, pri čemer so učinki na opolnomočenje dijakinj in dijakov lahko večpomenski. Na ozadju idej kritično-emancipatorne socialne pedagogike članek raziskuje, kako domski svetovalni delavci in delavke vidijo vsakdanji odpor, ter zastavlja dve raziskovalni vprašanji: 1) kako se vsakdanji odpor kaže pri spreminjanju domskih norm in struktur ter kakšne učinke ima; 2) kako se vsakdanji odpor kaže pri reprodukciji domskih norm in struktur ter kakšne učinke ima. Izvedenih je bilo pet polstrukturiranih intervjujev s svetovalnimi delavci in delavkami dijaških domov. Analiza temelji na teoretskih konceptualizacijah moči, odpora in kritično-emancipatorne socialne pedagogike. Ugotovitve kažejo, da vsakdanji odpor v dijaških domovih predstavlja pedagoško priložnost za refleksivno soustvarjanje domskega vsakdanjika ter uravnavanje opresivnih in produktivnih praks, povezanih z intersekcijskimi neenakostmi.
